Hi Andrea,

downloaded data stored as CSV files in password-protected ZIP archive.

Step 1: Download zip archive

Step 2: Decompress archive with unique provided password (e.g. SuRQTJ)

Step 3: Navigate to folder and open cvs file in Excel (file-by-file). For example SLEEP_1567178100276.csv and HEARTRATE_AUTO_1567178100419.csv files

I give up but thanks for your help…
On the computer (and I do not want to unzip on the phone) I do not get asked to enter that password. Then only 1kb files are saved (that is not enough).
When I tried it on the phone I could use the…
