It doesn’t look like you have any training or certification data with us yet…

So, from my point of view, Amazon Sign In is not the same that AWS Training and Certification Portal Sign In. See below how looked my Amazon account around 1 month ago:
- Name: Ruslan Cert
- Password: password4amazon.com
See above how it looks right now:
- Name: Ruslan Cert
- Password: password4amazon.com
Nothing wrong here. Please, see below how looked my AWS Training and Certification account around 1 month ago:
Name: Ruslan Korniichuk
Password: password4aws.training
Yesterday I tried login to AWS Training and Certification Portal with right credentials (Ruslan Korniichuk; password4aws.training):
Does not work:
I tried login to AWS Training and Certification Portal with Amazon credentials (Ruslan Cert; password4amazon.com). Amazon, seriously, login to aws.traing with amazon.com credentials :)
Hello, my dear friend! Yep, it is AWS Training and Certification Portal with my e-mail but with Name and password from Amazon (amazon.com). And it looks like new account for my old e-mail :(
I tried change my Name and click Save button:
An account already exists with this email address. If you are an APN Partner or Amazon Employee, please using the appropriate option to access your account.
Save Error. Amazon, account already exists with this email address because few second ago I used this e-mail for login process. It is my e-mail address for this Account ID. What is wrong with you?!
OK Google! Can I use one e-mail for login and another one inside?
Success! Short summary for image below. I am in my AWS Training and Certification Portal with correct Account ID with correct Name. I was login with my correct email and with another password from Amazon (amazon.com) account. Inside AWS Training and Certification Portal I have new fake e-mail address.
What the hell is this? What if I just change my fake e-mail here to my e-mail from login process?
An account already exists with this email address.

Create a New AWS Certification Account
Amazon AWS Training and Certification deleted my exams. I have good news for you. First time when Amazon deleted my exams I got my exams back with following steps:
- Login to Amazon AWS Training and Certification Platform with Amazon (amazon.com) credentials.
- Change e-mail for another fake address like iloveyousomuch@amazon.com and click on Save button.
3. Click on “Did you have an account in the old AWS Training Portal? Link your AWS Training history to this new account.” below Save botton.
4. Enter e-mail for both amazon.com and aws.training accounts. Click Migrate Training History.
5. Receive “Next Steps to Migrate your Previous Training History into your New AWS Training Account” e-mail.
6. Click on “Click here to merge your existing AWS Training and Certification Portal account” link.
7. Merge accounts.
8. Change e-mail from fake to e-mail address for both amazon.com and aws.training accounts.
9. Go to AWS Certification Account.
10. Successful!
The method above works only once. That is why I wrote this article and why I cannot get my exams back. Please, Share it. Many thanks!

First time I spend 11 days for fixing your bug. Alone, because your Service Desk just ****ed me (see below).
I apologize that you are still unable to access your account. There’s nothing on our side that we can see that would be preventing you from accessing your account, I’m afraid. You may want to make sure you’ve cleared your cache and try using a different browser when accessing our site in order for you to successfully login.
Probably Amazon has extra bug with accounts that use one e-mail for both Amazon (amazon.com) and AWS Training and Certification Portal (aws.training). Remember that AWS Certification Account “CertMetrics” is third-party website.
By clicking ‘Yes’, you understand that you are leaving the AWS Website and going to CertMetrics, a third-party website. The information below, associated with your AWS Training and Certification account will be shared with that third party.
From time to time AWS Training and Certification Portal (aws.training) synchronize credentials DB of my Account ID with Amazon (amazon.com). Update aws.training data to amazon.com. Like Name and Password. Thank you so much!
BTW Amazon, I’ll forward you exam confirmation e-mails directly. Emails was received from no-reply@psiexams.com on my e-mail assigned with Amazon Amazon AWS Training and Certification Portal. You can just provide my Account ID, my Gmail and verify history with aws.psiexams.com and your Service Desk.
