Amazon deleted my account 3rd time. Navigate to previous case

Let’s try login to my AWS Training and Certification account via www.aws.training. Click Sign In button:

www.aws.training

No, I want log in to my private account, not as APN partner. Click again Sign In button:

https://www.aws.training/Account/LogOnOptions

Enter my private Gmail address and password. Click again Sign In button:

It looks like you are accessing our system for the first time. We need a few more things to finish creating your AWS Training and Certification account.

No way, I have already used my AWS Training and Certification account. See previous case here.

OK Amazon, let’s update First and Last Name field. Keep Gmail address. Select Language, Country and Time Zone. Click Save button:

An account already exists with this email address. If you are an APN Partner or Amazon Employee, please using the appropriate option to access your account.

Amazon, Seriously?! Yes, account is exists. That is how I logged in to account one minute ago.

Amazon, can you, please, find my test exam ($20), first? Second, delete all my account in right way. I mean both Amazon account (www.amazon.com) and AWS Training and Certification account (www.aws.training). Third, create new account with my private Gmail address. Fourth, move back my test exam ($20). Thanks.

Please, see video with my case below:
